Privacy

Who handles your data

Organizen (SASU, 2 Chemin de Thony, 74500 Evian-les-Bains, France), data controller. Contact: [email protected].

What this site collects

No account, no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie. Your cart stays in your own browser (local storage) and is sent nowhere until you start checkout.

The Studio. The description you write is sent to our servers to make the preview, and from there to Cloudflare Workers AI, which turns it into an image. The artwork you keep stays in your browser (IndexedDB storage): we hold no copy. Clear your browser and it is gone, on your side and on ours.

The quote request (large runs only) collects your venue name, your email, optionally your phone number, and the text you write. It is emailed to our workshop and held as a backup copy for 90 days, then deleted automatically. No IP address is kept with the request.

At checkout, Stripe collects your email, your shipping address and your card details. Organizen receives the email and the shipping address, never the card.

Why, and on what basis

Solely to produce, ship and track your order, and to meet accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract, and legal obligation for invoice retention.

Who receives it

Stripe Payments Europe (payment), the partner print workshop in the European Union (production and dispatch), the carrier, Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting, and Workers AI to make the Studio previews) and Resend (delivery of quote emails). Nothing you write is used to train a model. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

How long

Quote request: 90 days. The description you write in the Studio: only as long as it takes to make the preview, it is not stored. Email and shipping address: three years after the last order. Invoices: ten years, the legal accounting retention period.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by email to [email protected]. Answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Fonts

The site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google. This will be brought in-house; until then, the fact is stated here plainly.
